Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Heating and Ventilation to join our Construction Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next generation of industry professionals while playing a key role in a thriving academic community.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in Heating and Ventilation, you will be central to delivering and supporting the learning journey of our students. Your main duties will involve:
- Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in heating and ventilation.
- Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and enhancing the student experience.
- Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, offering targeted guidance where needed.
- Engaging with both digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE) to ensure student success.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and practice in your subject area and pedagogy.
