Academic Quality and Standards ServicePart Time: 14.8 hours per week (0.4fte) About this role We are currently seeking an Apprenticeships Administrator to join the Apprenticeships team at the University of Chichester. Working closely with the University’s Apprenticeships team, including the Employer Relationships Manager, to support the delivery of the University’s apprenticeship strategy, the post holder will support the maintenance of records for apprentices and employers through managing Breaks in Learning, changes in registration, withdrawals, learner support and functional skills through targeted support and tracking. About you You will have excellent interpersonal skills: articulate, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive, tactful and diplomatic. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. You will also be approachable, adaptable, flexible and conscientious. About the team You’ll be joining a highly professional, committed and student focused academic community and work within a small, friendly and flexible administrative team, who are keen to contribute to our student experience while enjoying a good work life balance.
