The Role
The Internal Quality Assurer will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality assurance processes for Health & Social Care Apprenticeships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and mentoring Assessors to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices that meet awarding organisation standards.
- Observing assessment practices and implementing improvements through Quality Development Plans and team standardisations.
- Monitoring learner progress to ensure timely programme completion while adhering to curriculum standards.
- Conducting quality assurance checks at key stages of the learner journey.
- Managing your diary to meet clear KPIs and contributing to overall operational success.

Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant IQA qualification is essential.
- Ideally, you will possess a Level 5 Health & Social Care NVQ or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of senior-level experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
