Children, Young People and Families End Point AssessorYou are a key contributor to our client's quality assurance process. We require an experienced assessor to evaluate the knowledge of Children, Young People and Families Practitioner trainees at the end of their apprenticeship.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the relevant assessment framework and be able to assess the trainees' understanding of complex concepts.
This role is a critical part of ensuring that trainees meet the required standards for the award of their qualification.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in assessing learners in a similar field. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity throughout the assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the knowledge of Children, Young People and Families Practitioner trainees at the end of their apprenticeship.
- Assess the trainees' understanding of complex concepts against the relevant assessment framework.
- Ensure that trainees meet the required standards for the award of their qualification.
- Maintain confidentiality and objectivity throughout the assessment process.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
