Role Purpose and Objectives:
- Ensure product delivery by centers conforms to NOCN requirements, regulatory conditions, and relevant standards.
- Oversee the application of each center's management systems, including policies and procedures for NOCN product delivery.
- Provide consistent support to centers, adhering to NOCN policies and the CASS Strategy.
- Assist centers in achieving good internal quality assurance and assessment practices for all NOCN products.
- Identify and mitigate non-compliance risks and report any malpractice issues.
- Support business growth through new center approvals and product delivery expansions.
- Promote a positive image of NOCN among centers and learners.
- Conduct apprenticeship end-point assessments and internal quality assurance as needed.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
- Educated to Level 4 or above.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Construction NVQ qualification.
- Internal quality assurance and assessor qualifications.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- Relevant and current experience in at least one construction trade.
- Background in evaluating and reviewing business procedures.
- Proven track record of effective teamwork.
- Broad understanding of construction occupational work areas.
- Willingness to travel as required.
The following qualifications are desirable:
- External quality assurance qualification.
- Experience in external quality assurance of qualification delivery.
