As a Curriculum Manager, you’ll lead our dedicated teams, driving quality, embedding innovation, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners of all abilities and backgrounds. What Will You Do?
• Lead on curriculum design and delivery.
• Inspire and manage a talented team of teaching staff.
• Drive innovation in digital industries and foundation learning, equipping students with cutting-edge skills.
• Ensure the English and Maths provision continues to support learners in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance our provision and reputation as a centre of excellence in FE.

• Proven experience in curriculum management or a similar role within FE.
• A track record of improving quality and achieving excellent learner outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• A passion for innovation in education, particularly in digital industries and foundation learning.
• A commitment to inclusivity and the ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
