College of Policing jobs

The College of Policing is the professional body for policing in England and Wales. It works to ensure that the police service is properly trained, skilled and equipped to protect the public and reduce crime. The College works with police forces, police and crime commissioners and other partners to drive up standards and raise the quality of policing. It provides leadership, guidance and support to police officers and staff in their professional development, as well as setting and maintaining standards of conduct, performance and ethics. It also works to ensure that police forces are accountable to the public, and contributes to policy-making in policing.
