Programmes include full time programmes at L2 and L3 with T-Levels being introduced from September 2024 and a range of apprenticeship standards.</p><p>We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated, and innovative engineering tutor committed to enhancing our students’ achievement and experience at Southport College. You will ideally have an advanced engineering qualification (or equivalent combined with at least 2 years’ experience of teaching engineering programmes), a teaching qualification, assessor/verifier awards, and be committed to our students, your subject and the teaching profession. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver some of the following: T-level core units, mechanical workshop and fabrication.</p><p>The successful applicant will be dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic and will bring a fresh approach to teaching and learning that will revitalise the experience for all students.</p><p>This is an opportunity for you to make your mark and ensure excellent teaching and learning, helping us realise our potential to be the outstanding College of the future.</p><p> <b>Salary: </b></p><p>Up to £20,091.00 per annum</p><p>(For information, the full-time equivalent is up to £40,182.00)</p><p>Applicants in their first 5 years of teaching in the FE sector may also be eligible for an additional payment of up to £6,000.
