About the role: As a Work-Based Learning Coach and Assessor, you will play a vital role in empowering learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, enabling them to successfully complete their Apprenticeships and other training programmes. This is an houly paid support role until July 2025. Your responsibilities will involve planning and delivering structured training sessions both online and face-to-face, conducting industry-relevant skills workshops, and providing comprehensive assessments to ensure learners achieve their goals. About you:We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual who has experience in training, mentoring, and assessing in a workplace or college setting. The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver impactful training programmes, effectively embed functional skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Managing your own caseload while meeting performance targets will be an essential part of this role, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
