About The Role We are looking for an innovative and proactive individual with a proven track record of improving student academic achievement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team at College or Business Units to support the ongoing improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment. They will lead on sharing good practice and academic pedagogy through training sessions and by leading the development and implementation of an early academic teacher development programme. A solid understanding of good teaching practices, particularly in A-Level subjects, is essential. The candidate should also be able to lead on research, both internally and externally, and actively share findings through a community of practice. Under the guidance of Senior Leadership Teams, they will help develop academic staff professional development activities and lead on the implementation of these. The role will also involve working with Local and Senior Innovators across the Group to share best practices, resources, and ideas, to deliver an outstanding student experience.
