Responsible to Sector Manager Location: Home-based – Delivering remote training Working Hours: Monday-Friday 37 Hours per week Provided by us: Competitive salary 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 2 years (plus bank holidays) True Flexible working Company Pension Continuous Professional Development Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Full-time Salary: From £35,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Company events Company pension Flexitime Work from home Schedule: Flexitime Monday to Friday No weekends Roles and Responsibilities As a Learning and Development Coach, you will typically be managing a caseload of 50 learners. You will be supporting your learners through the successful completion of their program by providing coaching, guidance and support to both the learners and their employer. You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers to demonstrate formal progress and planning of progression for the learner. You will be very hands-on in ensuring the learner completes scheduled assessments, tasks and activities. This will be completed through a blended learning approach including online sessions, observations, professional discussions, work-based evidence, assignments, witness testimonies, quizzes and classroom teaching.
