Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive strategies for children with special educational needs. Monitor children's behaviour and progress, providing feedback to educators and parents as necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment conducive to learning and play. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to toddler care and special education. Experience Previous experience in toddler care or working with children is essential. Familiarity with special education practices, particularly those related to autism, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A background in education or child development will be an advantage but is not mandatory. A passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their development is crucial for success in this role.
