We are looking for a receptionist to join our team in Walsall. Role: To contact, qualify and book adult learners that have come through the recruitment process onto current Performance Through People, AEB (Adult Education Budget) courses. To liaise with the qualified candidates, and to arrange for the learner to attend a Group Information Sessions. To maintain contact, and to give support to learners, to assure their attendance and a positive experience by sourcing employment opportunities. To work with the Sectors to coordinate training and logistics where required. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for contacting learners (50 calls + a day) and coordinating the learner journey. · Providing key information, advice and guidance to learners, on the phone and email. · Supporting with the marketing of new courses on social media platforms and processing application forms. · Organise and facilitate learner inductions and support enrolment and pre-entry tests. · Complete all relevant administrative processes and procedures for the adult delivery, ensuring that they are completed promptly and correctly. · Verifying identity documents and completing all eligibility checks with accuracy. · Maintain positive relationships with learners and support the learner as and when required. · Maintaining, updating, and improving the learner recording & destination data of learners. · Update the PTP CRM to ensure data is accessible at all times.
