OVERVIEW As an Apprentice Quality Coordinator, you will assist the apprenticeship team to ensure Decoded’s apprenticeship programmes meet high standards of compliance, learner satisfaction, and regulatory requirements. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management within the apprenticeship sector. The successful candidate will work at every stage of the apprenticeship lifecycle, supporting the team to deliver strong outcomes. As part of your role, you will complete the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Quality & Compliance: Assist the Head of Quality in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes aligned with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Ofsted, and other relevant regulatory bodies. Support the preparation for external quality assurance visits and inspections, including gathering data, documentation, and evidence. Support the Compliance Manager & Head of Quality in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learner engagement, retention, and achievement. Supporting the Compliance Manager with monitoring the apprenticeship programmes to ensure they are compliant with government funding rules and apprenticeship standards. Assist in tracking and reporting learner progress, outcomes, and achievements to ensure quality targets are met. Assist in reviewing and updating quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation. Administrative Support: Support in the collection and analysis of learner and employer feedback to identify areas for improvement in apprenticeship delivery. Support the Head of Learner Success, Head of Quality & IQA Manager with administrative tasks on the virtual learning platform (Bud) - owning various administrative tasks in the platform, including building new programmes. Assist the Apprenticeship Management team in the day-to-day coordination and administration of apprenticeship programmes - supporting teams during peak periods. Support with the administrative aspects of learner enrollments, tracking attendance, and recording learner progress in the system. Support the Skills & Progression Manager in setting up the Decoded Alumni Network; organising and supporting events such as apprentice awards, external speakers or engagement events. Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries, updating records, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
