(thriveapproach dot com)<br/> </p> <p><strong>About the Role:<br/><br/></strong>Thrive is launching a new education apprenticeship programme and other government-funded training initiatives, such as Mental Health Lead. We're looking for a dynamic Apprenticeships Operations Manager to join our innovative team.<br/><br/>As the Apprenticeships Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery and Funding and Compliance manager to ensure the seamless setup and operation of our apprenticeship programmes. This hands-on role involves developing tutors, monitoring quality of assessment and delivery, learner progress and striving for high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/><strong>Development and Delivery:</strong></p> <ul><li>Support the creation and implementation of Apprenticeship Standards, including delivery models, teaching and learning approaches, and compliance with ESFA/EQA requirements.</li></ul> <p><strong>Quality and Compliance:</strong></p> <ul><li>Lead quality and compliance practices across all Thrive training programmes, ensuring processes meet appropriate standards, including Ofsted, Department for Education, ESFA, and Awarding Organisations. </li></ul> <p><strong>Team Development:</strong></p> <ul><li>Enhance the skills and capabilities of the Thrive team, ensuring high-quality tutoring, training, coaching, and mentoring. </li></ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p> <ul><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve an Ofsted Grade - Outstanding for Apprenticeship delivery.</li></ul> <p><strong>Operational Support:</strong> </p> <ul><li>Monitor QAR and performance data to ensure success for all learners. Track and exceed KPIs, ensuring timely completion of apprenticeship elements.</li></ul> <p><strong>Team Setup and Management: </strong></p> <ul><li>Support the establishment and management of a new Apprenticeships Team. Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and managing team members.</li></ul> <p><strong>Collaboration:</strong></p> <ul><li>Work with key departments (Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance).
