The Apprenticeship Partnership Manager role is part of the Apprenticeship Hub at BNU and reports to the Senior Apprenticeship Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with both learners and employers, ensuring learner progression is effectively tracked and documented while providing ongoing information, advice, and support. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as it involves regular interaction with academic teams, registry, admissions, and other departments. The role encompasses all aspects of the learner’s professional and personal development, from Induction to the delivery of tri-partite reviews on a quarterly basis and preparing learners for Gateway and EPA. Effective stakeholder management skills, active listening, and the ability to coach learners to successful outcomes are crucial. The role also involves developing relationships with employers and subcontractors to address apprenticeship learning needs and ensure compliance. A solid understanding of the Education and Inspection Framework (EIF) and ESFA funding rules is required. Support and monitor apprentices’ progress in progress review meetings and evidencing the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours outlined in apprenticeship standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role: Provide and share apprenticeship delivery knowledge with Academic Leads and key business areas to ensure that Apprenticeship programmes are planned and delivered to an excellent standard Ensure that learners receive regular tri-partite progress reviews, along with appropriate coaching and guidance on all Education Inspection Framework (EIF) values, including Safeguarding, Prevent, Diversity & Inclusion, British Values, and the development of literacy and numeracy skills in line with the qualification level and programme of study. Assist the Apprenticeship Hub in ensuring Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofsted related initiatives and requirements are planned and delivered to a high standard. Be an ambassador for BNU both internally and externally, communicating and promoting the strategic vision and aims of the University. Support the identification of best practice and benchmarking activities with other HEIs to ensure continuous development of programmes. Maintain high standards of work and professionalism at all times, particularly with regards to accuracy and presentation in written and verbal communication. Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may reasonably be required. Contribute to open days, school, college and partnership links and the promotional work of the Hub.
