(pro rata for part time) Strode College is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced professional to support the training and development of apprentices completing business administration, customer service and management programmes within their work environments. The post designed to provide remote support to students outside of their college attendance to apply their new skills, knowledge and behaviours within the workplace. The apprenticeship tutor will also manage a caseload of learners, supporting them to successfully achieve the requirements of their programme, providing support and guidance to both the student and their employer, whilst at the same time ensuring that accurate information is collected to meet the government funding requirements. Travel to sites within the local and regional area will be required, so it is important that candidates have the ability to travel.
