We were one of the first End Point Assessment Organisations to be recognised by Ofqual, have an enviable and growing client list of more than 2,200 employers and 130 training providers and receive exceptional client satisfaction levels.</p><p> <b>Role </b></p><p>As an Assessment Product Developer, you will play a key role managing a portfolio of assessment products and providing support to assessors, clients and colleagues. We will provide full training and ongoing support to the successful candidate.</p><p>Working closely with colleagues, clients, external subject matter experts and regulatory bodies, the role ensures that our assessment products:</p><ul><li>Are developed in a structured and consistent way.</li><li>Are clearly understood by our stakeholders.</li><li>Are compliant with the requirements of IfATE and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Deliver fair outcomes.</li></ul><p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>The Assessment Product Developer is the Champion for a portfolio of Assessment Products and will support the entire product lifecycle including:</p><ul><li>Maintain a broad market awareness of the sector served by the Portfolio</li><li>Monitor policy and changes to published assessment plans and ensure that any changes are reflected in our products in a timely manner</li><li>Create Business Cases for new products</li><li>Analyse published assessment plans and recommending an approach to assessment</li><li>Manage the creation of and changes to products and supporting collateral</li><li>Oversee the rollout of products ensuring that all departments are informed and implement their respective tasks</li><li>Review and report on products in line with contractual requirements as well as based on performance, client feedback and standardisation meetings</li><li>Deliver product-related briefings to clients and assessors</li><li>Ensure that accurate record-keeping is adhered to throughout the product lifecycle</li><li>Proactively seek to improve the product lifecycle and approach to assessment at DSW</li><li>Work with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach is taken in the design and development of our Assessment products</li></ul><p> <b>Education, Skills & Experience</b></p><p>We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds and industries and would stress that potential is as important as experience in a directly comparable role.</p><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>A background in assessment development <b>or</b> experience in a similar role</li><li>Ideally educated to degree level or can demonstrate a successful track record in a role of similar complexity</li><li>A proactive, multi-tasking, self-starter with good project management skills</li><li>Confident with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills</li><li>Attention to detail and a focus on right first time</li><li>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good IT skills; comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel</li><li>Highly collaborative, professional and personable</li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul> <li>Knowledge of, or experience in, Further Education or assessment design is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.</li></ul><p> <b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Please send your CV, salary expectations and a covering letter or supporting statement of how your skills and experience meet the requirements listed above.</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doncaster, DN9 3FL</p></body></html>
