About The Role As an Assessment Support Manager, you will provide support across a wide range of test content production activities for Cambridge English Qualifications as we move to a more digital future. Applying your ELT expertise and knowledge of assessment, you will contribute to ongoing quality assurance of marking and results determination and test content process improvements, maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external Assessment specialists and other stakeholders. About You You are self-motivated and pro-active, able to work independently, collaboratively and in an agile manner as part of a multi-functional team. Alongside an interest in assessment and exam content production, you will have knowledge of the CEFR and practical English-language teaching experience or experience in a related discipline. You have the following: degree (or equivalent) recognised entry-level EFL/ESL teaching qualification (or relevant qualification in a related field) some knowledge of language assessment theory and practice practical English language teaching experience (or other relevant background) the ability to evaluate texts and questions/tasks/answer keys as suitable for use and compliant with test specifications excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy effective communication and interpersonal skills planning, co-ordination and prioritisation skills the ability to understand/interpret statistics and qualitative data experience of working in busy and complex professional environments If you would like to know more about this opportunity and what will make you successful, please see the full job description attached to the bottom of this vacancy on our careers site.
