Relevant Level 3 trade qualification. An assessor's qualification, or willingness to work towards. An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work successfully within a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit stakeholders offsite.
