Main Duties And Responsibilities
You must have a solid local industry knowledge and a track record of building close, innovative relationships resulting in progression opportunities for our college students into real jobs and careers. Promoting a range of apprenticeships, you will take a consultative approach, maximising opportunities and recognising employers needs, enabling them to successfully fulfil their requirements.
Your expertise in selling the Levy will allow you to eloquently and concisely demonstrate the benefits of the Levy, helping companies to develop and invest in their workforce and increase employee engagement through skills enhancement.
You will achieve this through face to face meetings to instigate an organisational needs analysis, presenting your findings and solutions, often at very senior level. Your input into the furthering and the development of the CRM system will ensure that accurate and timely information is available to support reporting and decision making for senior management.
Once securing the business, your role will be to account manage, with responsibility for ensuring the highest standards are achieved. You will lead and motivate your team of specialist business development advisors, recruitment resources and work experience officers to help you achieve these objectives. Leading by example, you will inspire the team to deliver high quality work development advise and support, while maintaining a high social media networking profile.
Requirements
- Have a proven track record of successful apprenticeships and work-based learning contracts.
- Have outstanding engagement and presentation skills and an ambition for excellence.
- Have a record of achievement of successful bid writing and procurement tenders.
- Have a performance history of producing business solution proposals.
- Accomplished networker with strong social media profile.
- Demonstrable proficiency in analysing data and producing reports for SLT.
- Identify opportunities for own development and maintain own knowledge of policy developments and funding rules.
- You will be able to demonstrate management skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead by example, communicate effectively and take personal responsibility.
- Work flexibly according to business needs.
- You must have relevant degree or have significant work experience.
