Harrow, with travel to Uxbridge and Richmond Colleges In this role, you will engage with a broad range of employers, supporting large employers to maximise their apprenticeship levy and SME’s to advise on how apprenticeships can enhance their business. You will manage a territory plan that supports all the college sites across the group in order to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will provide training solutions for employees to close skills gaps, identify recruitment needs including work experience and industry placement opportunities. Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment.
