What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Co-ordinator, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Take responsibility for qualifying new business enquiries coming into the organisation for the Business Development Managers to them take forward.
- Support the Business Development team with activity related to sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage, track and reconcile all inbound enquiries and report on conversions of enquiries in the CRM.
- Communicate to new and existing centres, advising on product and schedule for the business development team.
- Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Triage all inbound EPA leads, referring to the Business Development Managers where required.
- Review and finalise weekly sales orders prior to invoicing by the Finance department invoicing, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
- Record and maintain the EPA pipeline and forecast for weekly reporting and to aid forward planning by the Operations team.
About you...
The ideal successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
- Educated to Level 3 or above (A level/other appropriate qualifications).
- Customer Service Experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales.
- Experience of working within the education sector.
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships.
- Experience of cold calling and generating business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
