Key responsibilities To provide impartial career information, advice, and guidance service using online platforms, cross-service events, collaboration with both internal and external partners, and face-to-face meetings To lead on internal progression and careers-related activities To take the lead with Careers Strategy implementation To support the Head of Learner Development with the cross-service Matrix To take a lead role in the day-to-day running of the Learner Hub About you A Level 6 in Careers Advice and Guidance QCF qualification Teaching qualification Level 3 (desirable) An understanding of the barriers that adult learners face to finding employment Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role Experience in co-ordinating multi-level events and delivering activities designed to engage learners Experience within the FE/Education sector What we offer At Westminster City Council, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive workplace and employer of choice.
