Our new Childcare Trainer Assessor will hold responsibility for a caseload of 40+ learners, providing high-quality training, mentoring and assessment methods to achieve their childcare qualification. You will develop individual training plans which provide support to learners to meet the content of, and effectively prepare them for their practical assessments. Motivating and inspiring Childcare students to work to the best of their ability is key. It is essential that our new Childcare Trainer has the occupational competency to deliver at Level 3. In return, you will also receive significant investment to your own CPD, through support to achieve further qualifications such as PGCE and IQA whilst in post.
