As a Client Sales Coordinator at Essential Site Skills, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales revenue and generating high-quality leads for our award-winning training programs. Your focus will be on managing incoming leads and identifying new business opportunities. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, distributing them to the Account Manager responsible for that client or managing the enquiry directly.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and produce leads, managing the accounts directly with a focus on quality and relationship building.
- Course Coordination: Assist in coordinating and administering confirmed training courses, ensuring compliance with ESS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage the CRM database with high accuracy to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the adult skills, green skills, commercial training, sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines to secure business deals when applicable.
- Meetings and Updates: Participate in fortnightly business development team meetings to share updates and discuss any issues with the team.
- Client Interaction: Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met and deliver high-quality, impartial advice to clients and learners.
- Team Contribution: Share and implement best practices to contribute to overall team performance.
