This dynamic role requires adaptability and effective task management to provide operational support for the Centre's staff and the surrounding community.<br/><br/>The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in the client team and operational teams to ensure all day-to-day tasks are accomplished. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form. The role entails professionally interacting with tutors, skills coaches, administrative staff, and external customers to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities and adherence to established processes.<br/><br/><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong>Working with the Senior Management and other stakeholders, you will help deliver high quality service to FI Reading & Southampton clients and act as one of the primary day to day contacts for our larger employers.
