We are seeking a Construction Lecturer to deliver Level 3 Construction and Built Environment to our students. The School of Green Skills, Innovation and Trades is an exceptional workplace, with staff working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
You should be qualified to a minimum Level 3 or, ideally, hold a degree in Construction and have some experience in working within the Industry. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about their subject and has a demonstrable commitment to using their expertise to create an excellent teaching and learning experience for our learners. If you do not have a full teaching qualification, we would look to support this within the College.

There are also progression opportunities once confirmed in post, up to £44,468 per annum - Pro rata (FTE).
We believe this post could meet the subject requirements for staff to apply for Levelling Up Premiums of up to £6,000 from Autumn 2024, based on the DFE scheme. Eligible staff will be able to apply directly to the DFE if they are in their first 5 years of teaching/tutoring and meet other eligibility criteria.
