As a Content Creator with us, your primary focus will be on the strategic creation of new courses and training materials. Your proficiency in goal setting, meticulous planning, and extensive research will be pivotal in delivering best-in-class learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Include: Staff-Centric Course Development: Design and develop targeted training courses and materials that cater specifically to the professional development needs of educators and administrative staff. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify specific training requirements within the staff community. Instructional Strategy Development: Apply advanced instructional design principles to create materials that are engaging, practical, and effective for adult learners. Collaborative Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and administrative staff to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content. The basis of this role is permanent, part-time, and offers an actual salary of £18,970 per annum (£31,194 FTE) based on 22.5 hours per week, full year.
