About the role The Department of Supported Learning is seeking a Curriculum Manager for our highly successful Supported Internship Programmes. Working across the host business’ sites, you will lead the education team, and have excellent team working and organisational skills to work proactively with programme partners to deliver programmes that will enable our SEND learners to achieve their ambition of gaining substantial and sustainable paid employment on completion of their course. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working on employability programmes with SEND learner and be able to maintain a culture of continuous improvement, including managing an innovative and ambitious curriculum. You will have strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of partner organisations.
