You will be focusing on year 5 of the programme, supporting the delivery programme, working in partnership with Programme Leads, with a focus on high quality communication and support for our learners. You will be a key member of the MBBS team, working closely with the other Programme Administrators. The post reports to the Curriculum Operations Manager. The post is based at the West Smithfield campus at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London. It is full-time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, to start as soon as possible. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £32,321 to £39,065 per annum, inclusive of the London Allowance. About YouPrevious experience in Higher Education will be advantageous. A proven record of organisational and communication skills is essential, together with a high level of analytical, numerical and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills. You will join a big team within the COU (Curriculum Operations Unit). Whilst the ability to work independently and problem solving are essential, you will be required to work effectively with colleagues.
