It’s a great time to join the college as we move towards an exciting new future under the leadership of our new Principal.</p> <p><br/></p> <p>As our new Director of HR & OD, you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. This role fully embodies our values of continuous improvement, innovation, and achievable sustainable excellence. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships. Reporting to the Vice Principal Resources and Planning, you will lead by example and support in empowering and developing our colleagues; be passionate about quality; and be innovative about delivering improvements and enhancements that will make our provision even better<strong>. </strong>You will be contributing to a culture where the knowledge, skills, and passion of our whole team are united through collaboration, in order to deliver the college’s strategic priorities.</p> <p><br/></p> <p>You will be an inspirational, collaborative and authentic leader, ready to make a profound impact. It goes without saying that you need to share our passion for inclusivity and exceptional learner experience.
