The Role - Distance Learning Lecturer for MBA and Executive Education We are looking for an innovative and committed Distance Learning Lecturer to inspire future leaders in MBA and Executive Education programs. Applicants should have: A strong background in business management A passion for delivering engaging, high-quality online education Experience of delivering courses to postgraduate business students Experience and understanding of senior leader degree apprenticeship programmes Responsibilities include: Designing and delivering impactful online courses Mentoring students in academic and professional development Enhancing the curriculum to address global business trends Additionally, you will be leading several modules, including Designing and developing modules on topics such as: Overseeing assessment and moderation of assignments Ensuring fair, consistent, and timely evaluation of student work Leadership Strategy Finance Artificial Intelligence for Managers Big data and data analytics Core MBA and EMBA subjects About You: We are in search of a passionate Distance Learning Lecturer for MBA and Executive Education with the following qualifications and qualities: Bringing both expertise and creativity to the virtual classroom Playing a pivotal role in shaping students' success by offering mentorship and guidance on their educational and career paths Having either a FHEA essential or willing to achieve within 12-18 months Being digitally competent in the use of MS Teams, Office365 Practical experience of teaching to a mixed class including widening participation, international and home students If this sounds like you, please apply and join us to make a lasting impact on students and the future of executive education.
