Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Manager, the Early Careers Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and managing programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing early career talent. This position requires a strong focus on creating engaging and impactful early careers initiatives, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring a seamless transition for early career individuals into the business. The Early Careers Specialist will work collaboratively with various departments to support the organisations strategic objectives and talent pipeline.

Your Journey as an Early Careers Specialist:
- Design and implement early careers programs, including apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes to attract and nurture young talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of early career talent
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative initiatives that enhance our brand's presence in the academic and early careers market
- Generate insightful reports on early careers activities to track key metrics, trends and provide insights into market challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts and content to promote early career opportunities
- Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for engaging and developing early career talent
