Part Time 18.5 hours We are seeking a dynamic Training Advisor for our Early Years Technical, Future Skills and University Early Years Programmes. The role involves assessing, and supporting learners across Cornwall to ensure they are successful and achieve their occupational, professional, and technical qualifications. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance of the assessment process, and work with a range of staff to communicate students’ progress within the occupational standards for Early years. This position requires a proactive individual with up-to-date early years’ experience who can offer tailored support, identifying skill gaps and facilitate additional training where necessary. As part of your responsibilities, you will induct learners, conduct diagnostic assessments, and create bespoke programmes of learning.
