The information below provides more detail about the role and you may also wish to learn a little more about working for South Hampshire College Group by viewing the below video.<br/><br/>We offer great benefits including;<br/><br/><ul> <li>38 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)</li> <li>Pension fund of up to 27.01% per annum.</li> <li>Regular training and development.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Duties<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>To successfully administer end point assessment organisation (EPAO) completing the booking, administration, finance and tracking of all EPAO related processes in accordance with group policies and procedures.</li> <li>To administer and the booking, finance and tracking of end point assessment for all learners undertaking EPA with external EPAO’s ensuring excellent customer service to all key stakeholders.</li> <li>To maintain all booking and tracking systems (internally and externally) related to EPA.</li> <li>To record accurately apprentice success with EPA, ensuring learners are completed on systems in a timely manner.</li> <li>To participate in internal and external audits related to funding compliance in relation to EPA and EPAO’s</li> <li>To provide information as requested in related to apprentice EPA to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring actions are addressed timely.</li> <li>To ensure all apprentice standards have an allocated EPAO, keeping central records updated of any changes.</li> <li>To communicate EPA activities to all relevant parties in a timely manner.</li> <li>To access, keep up to date and provide gateway materials to all relevant parties.</li> <li>To support delivery teams with encoding end point assessment plans to ensure all evidence requirements are in place.</li> <li>To act as an invigilator when necessary for on line and in person EPA’s<br/><br/> </li> </ul>Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.<br/><br/><strong>Skills/Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Some understanding and knowledge of the ESFA funding rules related to apprenticeship and/or End Point Assessment</li> <li>Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills and are able to work independently.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C or above<br/><br/> </li></ul> <strong>Ideal Attributes<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Strong communication and customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to maintain and follow processes and procedures</li> <li>Good level of digital skills in the use of Office 365 and learner management systems</li> <li>Maintain effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances.<br/><br/> </li> </ul>We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
