We are looking for committed individuals who are passionate about working in an aspirational and high performing college and dedicated to contributing to an outstanding experience for our learners Supported by the relevant Assistant Principal, the main purpose of the job is to grow, lead and develop our school of Academic Studies. The successful candidate will oversee this developing subject area, and monitoring the work of Subject Leads in areas assisting in the development and production of learning and teaching material to deliver a suite of subjects at both GCSE and A Level. Our A Level offer is designed to be high performing, we expect our young people to be successful and go on to the very best offer. Our GCSE programme is predominantly designed for students new to the country, or those who just missed out on getting five good GCSEs at secondary school. You will be a qualified Teacher with experience of teaching or training up to A level for more than two years. Experience of curriculum development and continuous quality improvement is also essential to this role. What’s in it for you?
