The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the development the College’s Admissions function. You will have energy, resilience, creative flair and vision.
You will be responsible for enabling a streamlined learner journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.
You will have inspiring leadership qualities and an ability to engage with stakeholders and bring them on a journey with you to meet recruitment targets and enable efficient processes.
About you
Reporting to the Vice Principal (Finance & Resources) you will provide leadership and guidance to the Admissions team. You will have at least two years’ experience in an Admissions role, ideally in an education setting.
You will be a self-motivated and ambitious leader who will be able to take on the challenge of developing the Admissions function of the College to ensure a positive and seamless learner journey.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent management and administrative skills and a strong understanding of the FE sector.
You will be expected to act as an advocate and ambassador of the College, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage operational pressure in a busy environment with a positive, flexible approach.
