You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies. The main purpose of the job is to teach students and to maximise their success. To design, develop and produce learning and teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area. You will hold an occupational or vocational qualification in a relevant subject area, with a minimum of a level 2 in English and Maths. A teaching qualification to level 5 is desirable or a commitment to achieve this within two years. What’s in it for you?
