The role of the Initial Assessment Facilitator is to provide an efficient and effective service to applicants, customers and visitors to the department and to provide administrative support to staff members across the department. Responsibilities include: Carry out data input and administrative work with a high level of professionalism and accuracy Provide an effective administrative service as required including the typing of letters, mail merge documents, dealing with incoming mail and updating databases used by the Company Assist with scanning and photocopying documents as requested as well as assisting with filing and archiving To control the door entry system to allow visitors to enter the building, following safeguarding instruction.
