You will ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment, while providing strong leadership and operational support to meet key performance targets. As the JGW+ Delivery Centre Manager, you will work closely with staff to promote professional development, ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, and foster a positive learning environment for learners of all abilities. You will also play a key role in collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including Careers Wales, to support learner progression. ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. The role will include but not limited to: Oversee the delivery of a fully inclusive curriculum that enhances employability, vocational, and life skills. Ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment, supporting staff with CPD and mentoring. Lead quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with ACT policies and performance targets. Provide operational support to staff, ensuring smooth service delivery and financial stability. Collaborate with Careers Wales and other partners to maximise learner outcomes and occupancy targets.
