Description Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year To deliver the twelve-week King’s Trust Team programme or similar programme for adult learners. To recruit, select and support a Team of young people aged 16 - 25 through a personal development programme centred around teamwork in the community. If needed to fulfil the same duties for a Team of adult learners (19yrs+) through a comparable programme To support each participant to complete the relevant qualification by the end of the twelve-week programme. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and promotion for the Team Programme in BaNES Recruit a mix of people to participate in each programme, ensuring the required paperwork is completed for each individual. Liaise with Community Partners both to secure referrals and for collaborative work within the programme delivery Liaise with College marketing team to promote the programme. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate with the grade of the job.
