To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Essentials Ensure key stakeholders including Team Leaders and Trainers are: Using our digital learning platform to its maximum potential Identifying the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours required for each role Identifying individual and team proficiency, gaps and training needs Providing training solutions Deploying our assessment, certification and recording standards Collate/deliver bespoke learning content for existing UK Laboratory apprenticeships and existing employees. Define learning pathways and communicate with HR Ops who build the pathways in the Digital Learning Platform Ensure accuracy of data in HowNow and generate management information as necessary Supporting the development of new learning material, for example, the development of digital learning resources, particularly in terms of coordination with laboratory colleagues for filming etc Supporting the department by delivering learning & development activities for UK M&M Laboratories Required Competencies Strong interest in people development ‘Right first time’ mindset with high attention to detail and ability to learn from mistakes Continuous improvement mindset Strong administrative and self-organisation skills Excellent written English and English grammar for use in copy editing Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships Proven digital systems capability: Intermediate level in Excel / Google Sheets and Word / Google Docs Desired: Experience of digital learning platform(s).
