The Clinical Trial Learning & Training (CTLT) organization develops and implements training strategy and design for clinical trial training and GCO functional role-based global onboarding programs. This includes determining training needs, developing, and implementing strategic learning initiatives, and using resources to deploy the training plan. CTLT delivers impactful learning and training programs that address gaps and build capabilities to meet future needs while ensuring compliance with relevant Regulations, Standards, and Good Clinical Practice. The organization aims to enhance the effectiveness of learning for those conducting clinical trial activities, improve site engagement/satisfaction and enhance preparedness of GCO roles that support portfolio services. The Learning Technology Administrator enables digital innovation across the CTLT GCO learning strategy. This individual is responsible for the administration of role-based training programs across relevant GCO roles and functions. They will act as the learning technology SME who is a certified administrator delivering tactical execution across multiple learning technologies. Providing administration and delivery expertise across the J&J Learn ecosystem. The Administrator will be a key contributor to the architecture, operations and delivery of CTLT learning and training activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage systems and technology that enable program management and delivery (i.e., owning program content management, program event planning, logistics, GCO training calendar, managing participant enrollment/communications, attendance tracking, and records of completion). Perform operational activities and program coordination that leverage multiple learning technologies. Provide administrative support to CTLT Program Delivery Managers for training events. Manage CTLT engagements with multiple learning/support technologies that could include: edCast LXP, SUMMIT (Cornerstone on Demand) LMS, Xyleme LCMS, Articulate Storyline and Rise, NovoEd, Axonify, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, MS Stream. Build and/or manage platform-specific deliverables such as: learning channels, journeys, pathways, smart cards, curricula, learning objects, knowledge checks, videos, surveys, newsletters, program management structures, and artifacts associated with various learning technologies. Drive workflow that supports GCO role-based training and delivery Ensure operational plans, resources, published training calendar, training materials and processes are in place to meet GCO learning program targets in coordination with CTLT Leadership, Program Delivery Managers, Learning & Instructional Design Managers and appropriate GCO partners. Manage GCO Training Program Content Library, which includes, ensuring learning/training content is relevant, making updates to content, archiving older versions of content, and ensuring content can be accessed by the appropriate partners (trainers/learners/leaders). Coordinate with Training Program Delivery Managers to ensure training resources are appropriately set up, deployed and/or retired/stored accordingly to departmental procedures. Manage and deploys training event communications to participants. Partner closely with LMS- SUMMIT team to deploy training content delivery, and track participant completion. Understand intended training roles and skills to connect training content with the appropriate training programs. Contribute to crafting the approach that will support content management and training delivery workflow. Manage learning technologies including, but not limited to the following: SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams, Learning/Content Management Systems, eLearning authoring tools, and various meeting platforms. Defines, produces and analyses GCO training related data/metrics, as applicable. Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership. Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of previous Pharmaceutical Industry experience is required, with at least 3-4 years of training experience. 3+ years relevant experience in learning technology administration is required. Experience with administrative responsibility of SharePoint, LMS (Learning Management Systems) and/or (CMS) Content Management Systems is required. Experience in coordinating and managing large events and cohorts of learning is required. Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to communicate effectively across all levels are required. Skills in multimedia development: video/audio production, graphic design are required. Ability to independently plan, prioritize, coordinate, manage and complete assigned tasks is required. General understanding of adult learning principles & practices, and instructional design for various modalities is required. Knowledge of training delivery models for both online and instructor-led learning programs is required. Demonstrated project leadership skills are required. Experience working remotely with global teams is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, One Note), Office 365 and SharePoint (or other similar collaboration tools), and graphical tools that enables you to coordinate complex ideas visually is required. Other: This position supports global partners and may occasionally require working and conducting meetings outside local daily working hours to support global regions. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $104,000 to $166,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
