Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><b> Scheduling and Booking</b>: Engage with participants, line managers, suppliers, and the wider L&D team to effectively schedule and book training courses. Your goal will be to maximise resource utilisation, including training rooms and budgets.</li><li><b> Data Management</b>: Administer training attendance records on relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy. You'll also produce monthly reports and manage certification distribution.</li><li><b> Digital Systems</b>: Administer digital learning systems by adding training sessions, content, and users, as well as running reports to measure effectiveness.</li><li><b> Communication</b>: Act as the point of contact for delegates, trainers, and suppliers by managing the L&D inbox and incoming queries.</li><li><b> Event Management</b>: Oversee all aspects of training events, from printing and AV equipment to catering and room setups. Ensure each event runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional participant experience.</li><li><b> Evaluation and Feedback</b>: Analyse participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of development activities.</li><li><b> Financial Administration</b>: Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes, addressing any finance-related queries.</li><li><b> Support Functions</b>: Capture training needs identified during annual appraisals and provide comprehensive support for projects and meetings.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> The Person:</b></h3><p> We are looking for someone who:</p><ul><li> Has solid administration experience and is adept at working in a team.</li><li> Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, with an impeccable eye for detail.</li><li> Can manage their workload independently and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li> Is willing and able to travel to support development events across various locations in the UK.</li><li> Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos.</li><li> Has a good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> What We Offer:</b></h3><p> In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a truly inspiring and stimulating team environment.
