We now have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly driven individual to join our L&D team to deliver and create content for classroom training and our E learning platform, which will support our colleagues in store and across our head office.
Each week will vary, for example one week might be 2 days training and 3 on other tasks, the next week no training, administration and e learning content creation/upkeep.
Main Responsibilities:
- On going creation of our e learning content and maintaining module content which includes annual updates of products and procedures.
- Responsible for resetting of annual compliance courses for all appropriate colleagues.
- Observe in our various current training sessions, collating feedback and acting on it.
- Deliver and be observed by one of our other trainers to gain feedback.
- Involvement in setting up sessions (room bookings, hotel and travel).
- General department admin, invoices, reporting on feedback from surveys and team meetings.
- Assisting with budget setting for the department.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with all personality types.
- Highly organised and the ability to handle a number of tasks at once.
- Experience using Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Outlook, including one note, To Do and Teams.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Some experience of Project Management skills
- Experience of training in a group setting, face to face or online.
- Knowledge of various Creative applications such as: Canva, Clipchamp and Premier Pro.
- Experience of Video filming & editing
- Completed JET1 and JET2
