Contract: Permanent (Full time or part time)
Location: London
The Learning and Development Partner will work within the HR team and will support with delivering the L&D strategy. This role involves providing a professional, proactive, and effective L&D service to all staff within the organisation. They also advise managers on L&D matters. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, will be interested in working for a dynamic organisation and interested in getting involved in all aspects of L&D.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining classroom training material
- As required, conduct needs analysis with stakeholders around the business to understand and develop new training requirements
- Research, design, and deliver in-house training and development programs aligned with organisational and individual needs
- Partner with the business on design and delivery of Graduate programs
- Facilitation of Leadership programme
- Oversight of all L&D initiatives
- Partner with HR to design and deliver training on HR policies and procedures
- Scheduling training sessions and recording attendance
- Management of external qualifications and programs
- Facilitate the mentorship programme
- Work with our training provider to review and update all E-learning material on the training platform
- Lead L&D projects and initiatives
- Management of the L&D mailbox
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Manage all internal and external training relationships
- Own, manage, and audit the Learning Management System
Experience:
- Delivering training in person and virtually
- Creation of training
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Able to work independently in a standalone role
Not essential but great if you have:
- Experience in Financial Services
