Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist Coordinator (Apprenticeships) Location: Warrington What you will be doing: We are looking for a detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist Coordinator to provide essential support for academic and professional development activities across our organisation. If you’re a strong communicator, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, this role could be the perfect fit! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the L&D Business Partner to manage employee registration for academic and professional pathways. Support Early Careers recruitment, liaising with educational institutions and professional bodies. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is well-organised and up-to-date. Coordinate training activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and educational institutions to facilitate a positive learning experience. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in stakeholder engagement. Experience with data management and familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy and CITB Grant process are highly beneficial. Ideal Competencies: Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Excellent customer service skills, capable of handling enquiries and promptly resolving complaints. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Resilient under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach. Confident communicator across various mediums, including email, phone, and in-person. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with an LMS and knowledge of funding bodies is desirable.
