<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><div class="show-more-less-htmlmarkup show-more-less-htmlmarkup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>Your New Company<br/><br/></strong>My client is a market-leading professional services company who has ambitious plans to grow headcount and revenue in the next few years.<br/><br/><strong>Your new role<br/><br/></strong>To be responsible, as a central Learning and Development Advisor, for supporting a multi-divisional team in the efficient organisation and execution of training sessions and<br/><br/>development, and maintenance of key resources / tools used across the business.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities Include<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Support logistical and administrative components of learning and development initiatives, including elements of new joiner inductions, led by the team</li> <li>Provide support for the team initiatives and projects</li> <li>Profile and organise documents and contents</li> <li>Maintain and update knowledge resources and pages on the intranet</li> <li>Promote efficiency tools and carry out basic document automation</li> <li>Develop eLearning modules to support learning and development</li> <li>Prepare communications to promote new knowledge tools and resources<br/><br/> </li> </ul>Working hours: 40 / week (including 1 hour lunch), Monday-Friday (9am-5pm, but flexible on start / finish times). This role also offers hybrid working with 3 days / week in the Southampton office vs 2 days WFH.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Need To Succeed<br/><br/></strong>This role will suit a self-motivated individual who has a willingness to be flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail.<br/><br/>Previous experience of working in a law firm / accountancy practice or a similar professional services environment is preferred (but not essential). You must also have experience in training and/or Learning and Development coordination and administration.
