Your New Company My client is a market-leading professional services company who has ambitious plans to grow headcount and revenue in the next few years. Your new role To be responsible, as a central Learning and Development Advisor, for supporting a multi-divisional team in the efficient organisation and execution of training sessions and development, and maintenance of key resources / tools used across the business. Key Responsibilities Include Support logistical and administrative components of learning and development initiatives, including elements of new joiner inductions, led by the team Provide support for the team initiatives and projects Profile and organise documents and contents Maintain and update knowledge resources and pages on the intranet Promote efficiency tools and carry out basic document automation Develop eLearning modules to support learning and development Prepare communications to promote new knowledge tools and resources Working hours: 40 / week (including 1 hour lunch), Monday-Friday (9am-5pm, but flexible on start / finish times). This role also offers hybrid working with 3 days / week in the Southampton office vs 2 days WFH. What You'll Need To Succeed This role will suit a self-motivated individual who has a willingness to be flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a law firm / accountancy practice or a similar professional services environment is preferred (but not essential). You must also have experience in training and/or Learning and Development coordination and administration. Proficiency in IT systems, especially MS Office is important with a good working knowledge of eLearning / LMS / Intranet.
