Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: You can be based in either our Leicester or Solihull offices. We have a hybrid approach to work with a blend of office and working from home days.

We're looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Coordinator to drive our People Agenda and support our diverse stakeholders, through the coordination of our Learning and Development solutions.
Your Role:
- Coordinate and schedule L&D training activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to meet training demands.
- Master our learning system, Orbit Learn, and support its updates and training.
- Manage training events, ensuring efficient organisation and attendance.
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed support.
About You:
- Highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communicator across various mediums.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
